Great and easy setting, I did not want to leave there.
The staff were WELCOMING, and the room was spotlessly clean with great views and 1 king bed plus snacks.

We enjoyed the proximity and walk way to the Minneapolis Convention Center. We enjoyed your restaurant and bar. The young lady that took our reservation was very clear on our parking options and very courteous about having us as guests at your hotel.
We could not get our clock corrected to the right time of day and could not set the alarm. I would also like to see the option of several washcloths in the bathroom. We had two people in our room and two washcloths. As you can imagine, we freshened up before going out to dinner and then no washcloths were left for the morning.

Everything was nice, had a very nice stay for a business trip. The restaurant here was modest especially for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes. The location was particularly good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Niagara Golf Trail. Really enjoyed our stay...

Recommend it for families with kids
The room was spacious and very clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. My kids loved the pool area, it was like a little oasis we dove into after a long day.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

Emilee the bartender was fabulous. Everyone at her bar was happy and well tended too. Unfortunately she was working the day shift and her replacement was not as friendly or outgoing.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted me well . I especially appreciated the assistance from the bellmen when it came time to check out. The breakfast was great and matched my schedule well. Everything felt convenient for a traveler like me who enjoys art and culture.
The check-in process took longer than expected. I found some cleanliness issues in my room that needed attention.

The room and location to downtown was excellent. Room service was fast.
We stayed in an executive room and was charged $13 to $14 a day for internet. I can stay at a low class Laquinta and get it for free. Had to ask for a refrig and microwave---another $20 a day. Refrigerator was noisy. Asked to replace it and was told they are all that way.
